This Applicant Privacy Notice explains how IceKredit, Inc. (“IceKredit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses personal information about people who apply for a job with us or send us their résumé, including through the Careers page of our website. It is provided for informational purposes only and is not a contract of employment.

For California residents, this notice is our notice at collection under the California Consumer Privacy Act. Our Privacy Policy, which covers our products, services, and website, does not apply to job applicants.

When you apply or send us your résumé, we collect:

• Identifiers and contact information: Your first and last name and email address, and any other contact details you include.
• Professional and education information: Your résumé and the information in it, such as your work history, education, skills, and qualifications, and any message you send us.
• Technical information: Your IP address, browser and device information, and information used to check that the form was submitted by a person rather than an automated program.

Please do not include sensitive information in your résumé or message, such as your Social Security number, date of birth, government identification numbers, health information, or information about your race, religion, or other protected characteristics. We do not ask for this information when you apply.

• Evaluating your application: We review your qualifications for current and future roles.
• Communicating with you: We contact you about your application, interviews, and roles that may match your experience.
• Security and fraud prevention: We protect our website and systems and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse.
• Legal compliance: We comply with applicable laws and regulations, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

04How We Disclose Your Information

IceKredit does not sell applicant information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose it:

• To service providers: Vendors that host our website, deliver email, provide security and spam protection, or support our recruiting, who may use it only to provide those services to us.
• To corporate affiliates: For hiring purposes consistent with this notice.
• For legal reasons: When required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of IceKredit and others.
• In business transactions: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of company assets.

05How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep application information for up to 24 months after we receive it, so we can consider you for future openings, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer. If you join IceKredit, your application becomes part of your personnel file.

06Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access it, to correct it, and to ask us to delete it. We will not discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Applicant privacy request.” We may need to verify your identity before we respond. You may also use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

IceKredit uses administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect applicant information. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we take reasonable precautions to protect your information.
